![]() Legacy XP features newcomers that have been long desired in official Smash titles such as Waluigi, and Geno! It also includes decloned versions of Ganondorf and Lucina, as well as two takes on Ridley even before Ultimate revealed he was finally joining the official roster! You also have both Metal Sonic and Shadow to enjoy, as well as the entire roster from Melee to choose from. This community of designers has continued the legacy, and have added to it in the form of a game that brings you more than just Melee styled gameplay. Super Smash Bros Legacy is a modded version of Brawl that continues on from the last build made by the Project M team. Especially when you have awesome content like this to show your support! The year is 20XP, and the hype cannot be contained. But it could warrant a section on the mod page or a section on the Project M page though. Before I begin, I want to give credit to Mach-7 - Nibroc-Rock - and also anyone else for posing and creating the renders used to construct this wallpaper I put together! TheNuttyOne 18:03, 4 October 2018 (EDT) There isn't enough notability to warrant an article. This mod seems rather young and could turn out to be a short-lived fad. Project M basically died right after we decided to cover it as extensively as we do, but it at least still has an extensive history. It may be best to give it a small subsection on Project M (and/or the mods page) and just see how its popularity goes, especially with Ultimate on the horizon. I would like to say it should get its own page (not as detailed as Project M or possibly even Brawl-, but something) however, since it is, as you said, a mod of a mod, I'm a bit hesitant. It is still a mod, which we do cover (even if not usually as extensively as Project M). If it's this popular, it definitely should be mentioned somewhere. davidvkimball 16:07, 2 October 2018 (EDT) Open to hearing your thoughts and suggestions. If anything, maybe one or both could live on the mod page? Not sure if it would belong there or the Project M proper page. So my question is, is there a place for Legacy TE or Legacy XP on this wiki? They both seem prevalent enough to be considered at least, although I'll acknowledge they're in the "mod of a mod" category. It's the most popular Brawl mod on BrawlVault and is actively developed today. Legacy XP, on the other hand, uses Project M as a base and adds more characters, stages, and modes to the game. It even fixes game-breaking bugs from Project M when it comes to Subspace Emissary, clear mode, and other modes. An increasing number of tournaments use Legacy TE, which, similarly to 20XXTE for Melee, adds quality of life features and additional tournament-focused content to PM. ![]() ![]() With that being said, the most prominent Project M mod out there is Legacy TE. While I understand Project M's existence on this wiki has been debated in the past, I am of the opinion that it's still big enough and relevant enough within the Smash community to stick around - and more or less, that seems to be the general consensus of the wiki staff.
